Instructions for paper submission

Submissions must be written in English and be no longer than four A4 pages. Please submit as a Microsoft Word document (as these will need to be reformatted for the published proceedings). Use Times or Times Roman font size 12, with single line spacing. If information is taken from published material, please cite the source where appropriate and provide full details (not just URLs) in a References section at the end of your document.

The title of the submission should be the proposed program title, bold, font size 16, centered. Leave one blank line followed by the author/s surname and given name/s, font size 14, centered. On the following line indicate the author/s affiliated institution or organization name, font size 12, also centered. Contact details (address, phone, email) for all authors must be provided in fontsize 12, centered, on the following line. Leave two blank lines before addressing the required areas in the sequence given above.
